Job Description
This position is responsible for handling the daily administrative and HR operations of the
organization. He / She assist HRBP with recruitment, record maintenance and payroll
processing, and provide support to all employees
Responsibilities

Our facility is equiped with modern and standardized equipment for ensuring quality services with a focus on providing a compassionate patient experience.

In planning human resource requirements in consultation with other HODs and
TL/Supervisor

In Issuing offer & appointment letters, making salary negotiations & monitor proper
deployments of new joiners.

Responsible for processing monthly payroll in Oracle.

In preparation of departmental and overall HR& Admin budget
-
In timely disbursement of the pay & re-imbursement of employee claims (medical,
TA/DA, transportation, phone etc.)

In implementing Employee Benefit Programs including provident fund, health
insurance, life insurance, outdoor medical, loans, mobile phones, leave encashment
and recreational trips etc.

In implementation of various events and activities (Get-together and Employees extracurricular activities such as sports etc.).

In conducting employee’s satisfaction, retention and engagement through different
activities and surveys.

In conflict management.

In conducting performance management and also ensure timely completion of annual
performance reviews.

In timely communication of next year targets to all employees.

In compilation of reports after the appraisal process completion and implementation of
the recommendations of the reports

In suggesting effective performance based recommendations for promotion, salary
adjustments and other changes of status to the committees

In planning, organizing, determining, implementing, monitoring and provide advising
regarding different training and development plans for all employees to improve the
productivity of the organization's employees.

In developing, implementing and ensuring activities that meet and integrate with
organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations,
environmental policies and general duty of care.

Maintaining Human Resource Information in (Oracle) to ensure efficient and effective
achievement of organizational programmatic goals and objectives.

Making and issuing of employee cards and medical cards.

Perform any other task/duty assigned by the HOD and Management.

Secondary Responsibilities
-
Manage HR department in absence of HR & Admin Manager
Job Authority

Authorized to sign off experience, appointment and confirmation letter.
Possible Job Rotation
Intra Departmental Rotation is possible and will be implement as and when required in
any department / function.
